Bumped this wee girl up to adult rats tonight, no problemo to her..

I skipped a feed last time round to build up an appetite in her; instant response..

She's a lovely little girl! And no bother to her, she'll probably get a growth spurt and some increased muscle definition now!

Cheers Lisa, she really is a favourite boa of mine! She was at the stage where she was ihaling the large weaner rats, and they were gone, so she was due the bump up.. She's early '08, and in top condition so this year should see some good progress in her. Cheers!

@owlbassboy, cheers, it was cool to do feeding pics, i never done them before. The feeding has to be one of the best parts about keeping the aul snakes!

@Tan, cheers, you should do a few pics yourself, I love the feeding shots, same as yourself. I'd imagine this girl will move up a prey size again by the ehd of the Summer, she's in A1 shape. Cheers!

Heres a quick after-pic I took today, I think she'll be sorted for a feed for the next two weeks anyway..

I'll leave feeding her for 14 days I'd say, as she's not too long after her Winter break, but I'm glad she has gone up to this size food now; large weaner rats were just too small a feed for her, but I left her on them for an extra bit because I don't like bumping them up a size too hastily.
She should progress well for me this year.
