Re: leo eggs
Best of luck with the Leos Buddy. I doubt I'll hatch any out this year, too much to do as it is and not enough space can be a pain.
Re: leo eggs
Fantastic Buddy, can't wait to see the results! We got our first leo eggs in Feb last yr, and I'd imagine this yr will be much the same. I can't get enough of the little buggers Hoping for some giant tremper albinos and mack snows ourselves.

First eggs yesterday, the first two from a jungle female x normal male and two more from a sunglow female x SHTCTB male. First time for us so quite excited to see what comes out (provided they are fertile of course as its a first time for all of them too)!

Great to see the ball rolling folks......second clutch from the above pair and the tangerine enigma/sunglow pairing have laid their first two as well.
We're in the same boat here John with a group of unproven leos here as well....

Re: leo eggs
Awesome guys. I love hatching leos!
I should get all macksnow babies from this lot, het for albino.
I was concerned that the super mack snow was a bit thick and not doing his job, but I have fertile eggs so it appears I underestimated him! He can't even aim for his food....
I should have eggs from the supergiant female soon also
Steve - it takes 40-60 days approximately. Higher temps hatch more quickly and are generally males, whereas females take longer at lower temps to cook

Re: leo eggs
Wow, is she a very big girl? Mine sometimes lay just one at the beginning/end of the season but never three!
Are the eggs are regular size? It's probably more common than I realise...

Re: leo eggs
I've never heard of three eggs either TBH and never had it, that's really weird but as you say Lisa, probably more common then we realize.
