Tobias, Red Blood Python , bit of a gump but otherwise a nice guy

other common boa is yet to be photographed she is in shed and would try to kill me if i touched her

Nice snakes, that Red Blood is a cracker! Its a snake I've thought of keeping for years but have never made the plunge yet.....what do you find them like to work with?

That Jaguar looks familiar - any ideas where it originated?

It is indeedy - I do regret letting all of that clutch go! That wee female was one of 5 holdbacks that I let slip away.

Is the Blood a good feeder? Do you keep him in a viv or tub? Sorry for all the questions but I'm keen to learn more about these guys.

not at all,he was in a rub inside a 3ft viv for his first few months with me, then moved him up to a 2ft pennine viv,which he seems to enjoy, plus it holds hummidity better than the wooden viv.havent heard of anything from anyone else but that guy will not eat mice at all,started him out on rat pups a few at a time,then moved him on to weaners,since he started eating he hasnt missed a feed. they do seem a bit nervous from time to time.but this guy is calming down well.

and very very smart snakes they dont take there eyes of you lol

Beautiful snakes. Know what you mean about the boas, my big male bci is the most ferocious feeder we have - makes the retics look like kittens!
