Re: Your Colubrids
A beautiful pair of hoggies Marty Those photos do not do them justice at all, especially Boss. He's totally cool!
Re: Your Colubrids
Thanks Tan, although he would be even cooler in my book if he didn't go on hunger strike so often
Re: Your Colubrids
Is it a common thing with hoggies? I remember another member telling me one of their hoggies was off food for a while but I don't remember if this is something this hoggie did before or this was their first time.
Re: Your Colubrids
He's done it on and off since i bought him, the female on the other hand is an absolute bin.
Re: Your Colubrids
Well since I'm dossing on forums and cleaning out snakes today while avoiding the horrific pile of work sitting on my desk, thought I'd contribute to this thread
Don't have many colubrids, but here's my favourite out of the 3 corns I have left. Probably because he doesn't leave my hand looking like it's been attacked by a razor blade anytime I take hime out!

I bought him as a non feeder a yr ago in sept, had to force feed for a couple of months but now he's one of the best in the house! Many hours of hardship have gne into him, and I love him. I think he deserves a name actually, just haven't gotten around to it yet. Disgraceful!

Re: Your Colubrids
Is that a lav stripe Lisa? I'm pants with corn morphs (when I kept them, a motley or butter was rare LOL) but he's a cracker either way!

Re: Your Colubrids
Oh hes lovely Lisa. I have a few lavs and hypo myself but not a stripe. Glad hes come round for you too.
Re: Your Colubrids
Thanks Tan, I do love the lavs myself! The other two I have are a lavender het opal and an opal I got from Kirstie and age ago
For some reason a lot of corn people seem to frown on the pinstripes, as if they're incomplete stripes or something. I think they're nicer than a lot of stripes. It;s just a perfect, single genetic stripe!
