A girl for Jupiter Empty A girl for Jupiter

Post by snakeboyadam2k8 Tue Feb 08, 2011 2:11 pm

You may remember Jupiter, a male super hypo tangerine carrot tail baldy (SHTCTB) leo that Nikki got from Ady before Christmas.
We have been on the lookout since then for a suitable girl for him and have narrowly missed out a couple of times.
Nikki finally got a Sunglow female from Ady on Sunday, she is called Saturn and is a lovely calm lady indeed.
(Apparently a SHTCTB and a Sunglow are genetically similar, the main difference being the addition of the albino gene in the Sunglow, Also according to the Leo Calculator these two together should mostly produce enhanced SHTCTBs so we are well pleased.)

Very pretty young lady there...good luck with the breeding !!
Any chance Jupiter has enigma in his make up as well, those fine irregular spots on his tail are reminiscent of enigma in his make up

Thanks !
Its possible, we don't know too much about his background, if they breed it will be interesting to see if any other hets are lurking there.

Thanks David,
Ady certainly got in some very nice leo morphs (among loads of other nice things). Hoping he gets some more dart frogs in soon.
