New Royals...
To console myself that it is going to take practically forever for the weather to go above 10 degrees, which is when the Royals I have ordered from England can be sent, I bought two normal Royals this morning.
I have to admit, I partly bought them as I felt sorry for them in the shop. I know all the reasons I shouldn't have done it, but I couldn't stop thinking/worrying about them.
They aren't in fab condition, one especially, but hopefully now they are kept in better conditions, they'll improve.
This one is going to be called 'Anya' she is an 08 and a little bit on the porky side, but not much.

And this one hasn't got a name yet. I LOVE her colours. She is thought to be a 07. She is about 2 1/2 - 3ft log, but only weighs 394g. She has only been fed on med/large mice and chicks, athough the food is left in overnight, so not sure how they know who is eating what. Hopefully I can get her onto a larger food item. She is very hissy and defensive, didn't attempt to bite, so hopefully she'll calm down now they are seperated, lots of hides/tubbed etc. You can see the scars from where she got burnt in the second pic.

15 degrees? Scott told me reliably above 10... :(
If I hav to ait 16 weeks I'll either die of suspense or my children will all be moved into one bedroom to make way for snakes...
