I proved out the male to be also het.amel early in the season after pairing him with a Bloodred het snow .

Re: WHAT U LOOKIN AT !!
The eye issue here is the same thing that happens in albino boas. This snake is very likely to lose both eyes. The way I have seen it treated to prevent this, in the past, is to get a very sharp blade and make a tiny slice (1mm) at the edge of the lens in order to drain the fluid. A vet visit is definitely in order if you cannot do this yourself. If left untreated for a day or two, this snake is very likely to go blind.

Re: WHAT U LOOKIN AT !!
Cheer for the advice Warren ,
I felt comfortable doing the slice in the eye cap myself , and the fliud has now
drained out and the wee guy seems alot happy i.e. has now stop the constant
tail rattling .
I get some pics once he shed
@ Barney , look forward to seeing the pics buddy .

Re: WHAT U LOOKIN AT !!
I know it is a defect but I just loved the look of that corn. Obviously if the animals health is in jeopardy then it needs correcting but if that was healthy and happy and could function normally looking like that with no ramifications I'd be up looking for him.
Sorry to hear about the ice odds but looks like you got some crackers all the same.

Hey , sorry only see this now .
I took Warren advice and drained the fluid . The wee guy soon shed afterward and then went on the feed with no other problems .
