New Website for the H.S.I

After too long a time we finally updated the HSI website (http://www.thehsi.org).

There are quite a lot of changes, too many to list, but the main changes are:
- Completely new layout
- Built on a different system to allow easier updating by committee members
- Short profile available to all members so you can add basic details about yourself
- Commenting by members will be allowed on certain articles
- Easier sign up system for those who wish to join The HSI
- Better integration with Social Networking sites
