Given the time that these have taken to hatch (78 days instead of the usual 55), I would be tempted to make a small incision in the remaining eggs to make sure they are alive, and to prevent death in the egg due to an inability to pierce the egg shell.

As far as time differences, there can be a difference if the eggs are in a clump. Generally those on top hatch a few days earlier than those on the bottom.
