Second litter of 09
My second litter of 09 was born last night. This time from a het T positive male nicaraguan to a pastel laddertail nicaraguan. 13 babies, no slugs or stillborns, born on day 102 pat ovulation. Looks like there are some nice laddertails in the litter.
More pictures to follow once they have sloughed and fed.

Re: Second litter of 09
Hi Karl,
I am most likely holding back all of the females. I have both motley het T positives and het T positives to plug back into them. I also have a hypo het T positive and a visual het T positive coming this year, so there will be plenty of opportunity for cool things in a few years. Oh, and I will hold back one or two male laddertails if I have any in the litter. I want to bred laddertail to laddertail. if they prive to be hets then cool, if not, they are still laddertail to laddertails.

Re: Second litter of 09
Thanks Phil,
In reality, my goal is to switch the majority of my collection to dwarf boas. Currently it is about 70% dwarf: 30% Colombian. Dwarfs are just so much easier to manage, even though they turn into psychos during and after pregnancy.
