Funny Thing!!!

Well a little routine cleaning took me to my little girlie '08 Sharp Albino....well I'll be blowed if I didn't pick up a perfectly formed sperm plug!! The snake's been off it's food since the 10th December and now I have an inkling why....so male then not female...

Anyway, there's a great big girly Salmon Hypo so they've been paired up and we'll see what happens....

mistaking male for females is always going to happen,and can be a real pian in the backside,nice when it actually works out for the best!

Cheers Phil and Buddy...Yup the snake was sold to me as a female...I just never felt the need to doubt it as breeding isn't a huge priority here...however, I have to say I was quietly pleased....

Exciting times ahead!! So what would you expect from this pairing (or the possibles)?

Tan, think it would be 50% het albino (normals) & 50% DH Sunglow (visual hypos)

If these two connect...as far as I know the offspring would be as below, however, I'm no expert here and Phil should weigh in for a more accurate read.....

50% Normal Het Albino
50% Hypo Het Albino [DH Sunglow]

wouldn't it be nice if the hypo turned out to be het sharp!

If that happened I'd say the sunglows you'd produce would be unreal!
Sure that Sharp is unlike any I've seen before, it even rivals all of the sharp sunglows I've seen too, such a bright one, deffo on the radio-active rodents
