Corn snake Musk Q

Hey Guys and Gals,
My corn is going through a shed right now and i had to remove him from his tub for a while today to clean out his viv cos he'd gotten water everywhere somehow and it had to be cleaned.
So i had his viv all done and nice, dry and clean and went to put him back and he was pretty pi***d off (no surprise he is in shed) and the musk was horrible i was putting him back in and he was running through my hands into his hide and i noticed some yellow liquid coming from his vent, hes musked so many times before on me, but this yellow stuff is new, any ideas on what it is, do they usually secrete anything other than a bad smell during musking?

I've had all manner of stuff over me from the snakes and yellow is one of the colours. Not to be confused with the cloudy yellowish (lemon curd like) fluid seen when they are feeling...........happy.
