Stunning Marty. I love the red heads myself, not biased at all there So how big do these fellas get and what is required to house one correctly?

They grow to about 4-4.5 inches or thereabouts, mine is tiny so i have him in a 3L RUB at the moment with about 3 inches of coco fibre in the bottom and a piece of cork bark for a hide. i can't wait til this wee guy gets settled in to his new surroundings, out of all of the tarantula sp these guys are one of the heaviest webbers.

Thanks Karl, i'm keeping these guys in the livingroom, otherwise the dishes would never get done
only kidding, Tanya is strangely fascinated with them, although i don't think i will ever get her to hold one, who knows she may come round. i actually caught her lifting the pink toe's RUB out for a nosey the other morning so there is still hope yet

I love the GBB......they don't half grow fast.
Greedy things as well.
It is difficult to get a picture to do justice.....and they put Cobalt Blues to shame for colours (IMO).

I have to agree Ian the certainly do put cobalt blues to shame for colour. This wee guy is only about 3 inches and is starting to show some beautiful colours already, although the camera hasn't picked them up well. Hopefully he'll colour up more with each moult.
Re: Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens (Green bottle blue)
I like the heavy webbing too, none of my T's have webbed heavily (although I'm sure the Pinktoe will in time).

Cheers Karl, the webbing this guy produced and in such a small time frame to me was awesome.
My pink toe hasn't created much of a web either.
