I haven't posted photos of this guy in years.....here's Popeye, my male Aussie Olive python. He has to be one of my all-time favourite snakes.

I remember seeing this guy as a hatchling at Hamm .

He's around the 6ft mark now although as he's so active its hard to get a good estimate of length.
He got the name 'Popeye' because when he was young, if you looked at him head-on his eyes seemed skew-whiff. But as he's grown it seems to have corrected itself. I should really call him 'Linford' now as he never stops moving when he's out of his viv!

Oh now he is beautiful. He reminds me of the housey slightly at that angle. I think he's fantastic Karl.
