Horizontal horizons!!
Top tip for you guys shooting landscapes with horizons....while you're framing your shot always ensure the horizon is horizontal...it's amazing how many images you see that aren't...now if you forget I'm sure your photo suite will rectify the problem, however, in doing so you'll loose a goodly chunk of image....

I'm trying to get into photogrpahy, hoping my dad gets me one for christmas....it'll be a difference from asking him for reptiles lol

Well i'd like a good starter one,

Joe,
The Nikon S 3000 compact kit looks like it's going to have all the functions to keep you happy [and busy] for a good little while....why don't you ask your Dad for an early Christmas present...and of course that educationally it's a prerequisite...us parents can be pretty easy to persuade...

he showed me the s3000 aswell but it was cheaper lol so he was like ''the other one is better'' loved it though so nice and massive screen on the s8000 model

I love the controls to it! really easy to use and he went into detail on loads of things i can't even grasp lol but i'm sure it comes with instructions

I might do a few videos of the reps and there set-ups too....it has HD video recording!!! Definitely a must buy i think, plus theres loads of things around me i could photograph for practice
