strange how i havent put pics on here of the latest purchase. Got this little fella in march, photos dont really do him any justice looks alot better in real life.
could probably do with some updated pics but these will have to do for now. hes had a shed and grown a couple inches since iv had him.

hes about 9-10 months old at a guess, roughly 4n half foot long n for now resembles a corn snake in size. he was a live feeder but hasnt hesitated at taking FT rats from tongs without any prompting. should be fun next year or two when hell most likely be on rabbits!! lol
im hoping he doesnt get any bigger than 13-14ft but suppose thats all part of the game. lol

and oh yeah this is my only reptile that has a name, "bananna man"

That is one stunning snake Paul, super tigers and albinos have to be my fav retic morphs. Its also great you got him feeding on f/t too, is he a Bob Clark animal?

I've heard that tigers get a fair size, so I'm guessing this also applies to the supers. Certainly any tigers Per had when he was here didn't take their time in growing LOL and his platinum tiger female was 14ft and growing!

to be honest it didnt take any time on my part getting him switched over from live!! lol he sees the food and strikes!!! mental strike at that!! hes only a baby and is stronger than the adult female hog island!! lol
only problem with the live feeding is a couple of scars along his body length.

he is a Bob Clark and was bought for £260.

as for size thing im hoping he dont reach mega size with it being a male he should even out around that, but he is a tiger so should be a little bigger therotically than a "normal" but with them being so slender ill prob never realise if he was longer. lol

Post by chappers Wed Jun 16, 2010 3:04 pm

hed done a little mess in his viv so was cleaning it out n decided to get few pics, not really worth posting as he didnt want to play ball and this is as good as i could get sadly, but took them so thot might aswell post them up.

hes touchin 5ft now, and is starting to get a bit of an attitude as i havent been paying him as much attention lately as i had done between work and father duties.

The caramels are growing on me but after seeing Super Tigers, Super Dwarfs and Purple Albinos in the flesh I was blown away....all stunning Retics and to have Super Tigers and Purple Albinos in dwarf form would be a dream for me, second only to someone handing me a pair of Rough-scaled pythons or albino Black-headed pythons :)

Haha! But caramels are just so much deeper than purples - plus the rest of the colouring is beautiful and honey like - not lots of white like the purples!
Saying that, i think dwarf purples are far nicer than the mainlands - the jampea patterning with purple just blows me away. Most of that white is gone, with a gorgeous pattern of yellow and purple. I was lucky enough (thanks to a bob clark f-up) to get one of mike wilbanks 2 yr old holdback dwarf lavs - and his luminous colour just blows me away.
I can't wait to see some superdwarf albinos in person - bob will produce his first this yr.

Chappers - watch out for Prehistoric Pets attempting to produce the first supertiger supersunfires this yr. If it happens, Jay is going to dub it the 'supernova'. Very Happy
and we didn't pay £3000 for our tiger caramel Wink

You have to be on the watchout with bob. He'll make out he's giving you a good deal, then post same for sale on forums for same or less...but we're ready for him now Very Happy
We'll be spending most of our money this yr with someone else tho...and then, that's it! If we want new snakes we'll just have to make them ourselves...or swap babies. I badly need a new car!
