I have an adult male Red Ackie or Ridge tailed monitor for sale.
Signing for the house next week and have to cut back fast reluctant sale and rediculously stupid price..

no vises. LOL. He is totally handlable.. very friendly, loves his grub, crickets, locusts, small mice etc.. Like to roam around a giid sized viv. (he is living in a 4ft viv at present) mix of play sand and garden compost (without the water retaining beads in it) for him to dig in, lots of areas to climb around on and dig under..

Apart from that.. he is grand..
As said above, it it weren't that I am moving out and have to repriorititse for a year or two he wouldn't be going anywhere.. I love my monitors and still have a fast growing ASian water monitor who is staying put so I wouldn't be parting with him if it weren't the most realistic option at the mo.. :-S

be sorry to see him go as he is a real wee personalitly.. :(

He is around 5 1/2 to 6yrs old or so

only comment is he is very fast and I wouldn't let him run free unles under strict supervision.. in a safe environment..He will be under your furniture before you can blink PMLS.. :)

sound good, how much you looking for him?? iv got a spare 4x2x2 viv sitting empty. just need wired up etc.
just reading up on them now, been debaiting on a new lizard... havent kept a monitor before, had iguana, and got geckos and snakes at the minute, always up for a challange. lol
