guyana red tail boa

hey i fond a guyana red tail boa witch i might buy does anybody no any general info on them how they retail rarity that stuff any info would be great

Guyana are listed under Boa constrictor constrictor

they are probably the most common true red tail in the hobby,usually go for around £120 shop prices.Very pretty boas

Phil woudn't you see alot more Suri's around?

i have certainly seen more guyanas than suri's,well at least they where labled gyanas,suris are usually a bit more expensive.
Although without purchasing either from a reliable source it is difficult to give either a locality lable,like calling a common boa columbian i suppose.

I suppose I've seen more Suri's myself although you do see a few Guyana about too. Stöckl suggests there are no differences... apart from in selectively bred collections.
