Great nwes Phil. How many did you end up with? By the looks of it, there are a few keepers in that litter.

Re: first litter of boas.....
When you post a photo like that 2 things happen Phil.....
(1) the whole idea of a pastel boa becomes crystal clear - nice comparison there - and the hypo part of the salmon hypo is easier to appreciate too;
(2) I want them!! :twisted:

Re: first litter of boas.....
unfortunatly not all the pastels look that good,this one is perticulary nice,i actually preffer it to the salmons,well at this age anyhow,i doubt that the pastel will be able to compete for looks in a few months time when the salmon starts to colour up and looks like this!!

Re: first litter of boas.....
The male is around 5 1/2 ft at 5 years old,thats him pretty much fully growen,the female is around 6 1/2 ft at 3 years old,she has the potential to get to 8ft or slightly bigger.
as the salmon are generally small i would say that most of these babies will stay quite small,compared to common boas,but i doubt very much that they would be under 5ft as adults
these are recent pic's of the 5 year old father

OMG that's terrible. Sorry to repeat what Phils already said but how did it happen.
Re: first litter of boas.....
I saw most of these little guys in person and must say if any one is considering getting one from Phil then don't hesitate!
I got this Salmon Pastel from Phil: (Poor pictures as I snapped them tonight while transfering her from the transport tub into a larger tub).

Thank you again Phil, I couldn't recommend any one more!
