If you only got him yesterday he could very well still be stressed from the move. Give him a few days peace and just mist as required. Just make sure he has plenty of foliage in order to hide but I wouldn't worry yet, he's only a baby and has had a big move. My own did it but all of them came round after a few days.

I've seen Cresties loose grip when the glass is wet or if they have retained shed on their pads as the hairs cannot grip through the skin which has become loose but not left the foot & tail. If he has not retained anything on his feet or tail then I would look at the surface of the glass but in my own experience, when everything is as it should be, the babies and adults alike walk around on all surfaces without a hitch.

Just out of curiosity, what temps have you got him at?

If the ambient room temp is 32 this is way too high. Are you sure you're getting a correct reading from his tank? I would take him to a cooler room and see how he is then. They seem to thrive in temps ranging from 21° C - 26° C but I would definitely remove him from a room maintaining 32° C.
