info wanted on the following please

ok im looking venomous snakes but the non dwa type,
the mild venomous type...
here are 2 i managed to find....yes i do know about hognoses...
taxes lyre snake
mangrove snake
so if you know any info that may put me in the right track to get one..

Hi hudsy as far as i am aware, despite being removed in mainland uk the mangrove snake is still on the DWA list here in Northern ireland, beyond that, from speaking to a feew keepers over the years, i have heard that mangroves tend to be very problematic feeders.

Mangroves are heartbreaking snakes to keep hudsy. Really, unless they are CB and guaranteed feeders avoid them at all costs. They are still on DWA here. If I was you I would look into Hydronastes gigas, false water cobra. Great snake, and is not on the list. Not usually hard to keep, though they love humidity. Fiery snakes to keep with a bad temper. Great stuff.

i knew a guy who had apsychotic flase water cobra, used to open the viv door and had to use a bin lid for a sheild

ok thanx any body know much about the texas lyre snake??
i will have a look at false water cobras...

there not comonly on the market hudsy would be a hard snake to come across

well i hear theres 2 in city reptiles belfast and i beleave 1 has just poped up on the forum all for sale lol
