Some more CA boas
Thought I would try and take some more pictures of some of the Central American boas I have stashed away here.
Central s really are great little boas. My breeder males are between 2.5 and 4ft, and breeder females around the 4 to 5ft mark. Eventually, my plan is to move out of the Colombian boas pretty much completely. I would maybe hold back 4 or 5, but everything else would be dwarf boas.
Anyway, here goes.
1) Male CA Motley het T+albino

2) another shot of him

3) Female CA hypo

4) A different CA hypo female

5) a gravid CA female - hopefully cooking some hypos poss het ghost, poss het T+ albino. Due mid May.

They are Central American (CA). These are not crosses.

Re: Some more CA boas
Hi Phil,
I have quite a few things stashed away that will, someday, see the light of day. lol.
The hypos are from Collete. I bought them quite a while ago but only got them shipped here last week. Between being out of town and having unsuitable shipping weather either at my end or hers, we decided to wait a while. Anyway, they are doing well and all fed on defrost yesterday. I am looking forward to putting some of my cool males to these in a few years.

I thought that people called them Central American if a cross or an unknown locale. I.e Nic x Sonoran = C.A. or you pick up a B.C.I. that is obviously not Colombian but the history is uknown = C.A. Is that incorrect?

I should also add that if a locale is known I thought it was always used rather than calling them C.A.
