i had a go at assist feeding my 2010 baby royal python today cause she hadn't eaten since i got her over a month ago and it was a total success, she was being very stubborn but after a little while i got her to eat. iam hoping she will start taking the food off her own acord from now on now shes had a taste for it fingers crossed tho. it was good experience for me as ive never done it before and i know shes only a baby but its quite scary at first looking into her mouth and seeing those shiny little nashers lol anyway heres a few pics of her feeding Wink

Well done mate, it's quite stressful isn't it, You do learn a few wee tricks after a while though.

Well done! That's great news. It's always great to hear a successfull outcome to what was, I'm sure, a very difficult time. assist feeding 792195

You know, if I'm to be honest it's the one thing I've dreaded now for a few years and had to do once which I hated, I can only imagine what the snake was thinking at the time. Good man yourself and I hope she's on a role now for you assist feeding 792195
