Knowing VERY little about boas, I would say that it's a Hogg Island but really that's just because it looks a lot like the Hogg islands I've seen on here and other forums, don't take my word for it though because it's just a guess!!!!!

i was told it was a hissy snake and he was right to be hissy he was being kept in a 16" fishtank with a normal 60w bulb no hide and dry sand in the bottom but from he came home with me he is doing very well now he's taking feeds about every 5 days now and puttin the weight back on.

looks like a common (read:mix of various localities) boa to me, possibly some hogg lisland in there from the paleness but the tail isnt orange... most likley just your common 'pet trade' mixed locality boa.
