The DSPCA are open 7 days a week but are closed to the public on Saturday, Sunday & Monday of Bank Holiday Weekends.:

Saturday 11.00 am to 3.30pm

Accident and Emergency Service

Saturday 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Bank holidays 10.00 am to 5.00 pm

Hey all,
I use Cara Vet Hospital in Blanchardstown and have to say they are absolutely amazing. Against all odds they saved my baby after he got bloat. Im not sure of their opening hours over christmas but they have a 24 hour, 7 day week, 365 days a year emergency number which 1800 2272 838. I have used this number late at night and the vet was at their Blanchardstown office with 2 nurses within 20 minutes.

They have two offices (below) and as far as im aware the emergency number covers both:

Unit 233,
Blanchardstown Corporate Park 2,
Ballycoolin, Dublin 15.

Phoenix Park Gate,
1a North Circular Rd,
Dublin 7.

Hope noone will need the number but thats my imput :)
